Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
With 24+ hours’ notice, your deposit may be refunded to your card on file or applied toward a future appointment.
Late cancellations: Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a 30% fee of the reserved service amount.
No-shows: Missed appointments without notice are subject to 100% of the reserved service amount.
A valid card is securely kept on file to reserve your appointment.
